If interested in adopting one of our cats, please contact us at (585) 243-0873.

All Hearthside Cats 6 months and older have tested negative for Feleuk/FIV, have been spayed or neutered, are up to date on vaccinations, and have been wormed.

Suejoe. Suejoe is a very handsome large siamese cat who was born in 2007. He was a feral cat outdoors before coming into foster care. He has gotten used to being indoors and is making great strides warming up to people. Although Suejoe has come a long way, he will probably need a little extra patience from any potential adopters.
Sasha. Sasha is a young all-black female cat. She is on the smaller side and very sweet. We hope her black color will bring her the good luck of finding a new home.
Alice. Alice is a sweet lady who was found abandoned with her kittens. Her babies have all been adopted but she is still looking for a home. Alice was shy in the beginning but is coming out of her shell and loves play time with her caregivers.
Ghost. Ghost is a very large male grey cat who was born in 2007. Although he originally earned his name for being so fearful of people, he is coming out of his shell and even lets people hold, brush, and pet him now. Ghost needs a home where he can come into his own with a little more time and patience. He might do well with another cat to help him settle into a new home.
Mac. Mac is a medium-sized brown male tiger. He was born in 2007. It has taken him a while to decide what he thinks of human, but his foster care-givers have helped him realize that people are awesome. He now really enjoys attention and physical contact with people. This mellow guy is ready for a home of his own.
Sparky. Sparky is a medium black and white female who was found as a stray at a fire station. Some kind people rescued her and brought into our foster care. She is very healthy but still unsure of people. A quiet and patient home would hopefully encourage her to come out of her shell.
Nina. Nina is a brown tiger with a white bib and paws who was born in 2001. This lady likes to be in charge and has no problems letting people and other cats know it! Although she sometimes acts tough, Nina can be a big softie, like when she chooses to sleep on her foster mom's pillow at night.
Mercedes. Mercedes is medium-sized black and white male cat who was born in 2008. He is calm, mellow and doesn't need much attention. He watches the butterflies and birds outside as if the window was a television screen.
Brody.
Brody is a large strong boy and solid black. He was born in the summer of 2009 and has been in foster care since he was just a kitten. Brody has grown into a rather large male with a healthy appetite! He is very vocal and friendly.
Emma.
Emma and her sister Cynthia (pictured below) were born in June of 2006 to an ill mother. They had their own medical problems as kittens and have since recovered. Cythnia is orange while Emma is orange and white. Emma has made great strides in becoming a nice housecat and enjoys petting and brushing from people.
Cynthia.
Cynthia and her sister Emma (pictured above) were born in June of 2006 to an ill mother. They had their own medical problems as kittens and have since recovered. Cythnia is orange while Emma is orange and white. Cynthia will need a special home as she is quite shy.
Patent. Patent was born in May of 2002. He came to Hearthside as part of a litter. His littermates all got adopted but because he distrusts people, he still has not found a home. He is a beautiful black boy with a shiny black coat and one white toe who is not fond of direct physical contact with humans. While he used to run and hide when a stranger came into the room, he will now stay out in the open at a short distance. He is comfortable with other cats and needs a home where he can be himself.
